This Offer is for this Unique O.OO 1950A Federal Reserve Chicago Block with a "B2F Offset Transfer ERROR" Due to a "TORN Sheet"as the First Printing as being applied..See Helpful(18-Note Subject Sheet)Chart as this Example is Sheet Postion Plate:"F"(Lower Corner Note) that a Previous Sheet GOT Ripped and left behind this Transfer..The Ink Transfer goes across the Entire Bottom of this note(See Close-up Scan#2)in a "Irregular& Jagged"pattern as well.!!
Dark in Color with Nice Green Ink & Detail that the Offset BACK PLATE Reads backwards(1636)and this Note has(1616)..Not Mention But there is a Minor"Cutting Alignment" on this note too(Both Sides are Equall-side to side)and a NEW PCGS-63PPQ Grades the Centering accordingly..
