We use UPS and Fedex for most orders.  We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier.
In-stock items can ship from three locations - Several locations within the U.S. To avoid delays, we ship the order from your nearest stocking warehouse. This means orders may arrive in multiple boxes or at different times.

All orders ship with an itemized invoice.  Texas State taxes will be calculated at checkout for all purchases made within Texas.
Warranty
All product comes with a two year warranty that goes into effect upon charging with a/c refrigerant (we take the customers word on this). If there is a warranty issue we request the buyer to contact us and we will be glad to diagnose the problem with you. If a replacement part is needed will will send a new part with a prepaid return shipping label for U.S. purchases. International purchases customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
