RETURNS:

3. Returns will be credited in the form of payment received.
4. Original and or Actual shipping charges are NOT refundable.
5. If you are still within the time-frame of 30 days from date of purchase, kindly EMAIL US and provide a reason for returning the item.
If part “does not work” we will replace it with the same part If available.
6.  Parts that require flashing and/or programming may NOT be returned unless accompanied by a mechanic/dealership receipt or ticket with the customer's VIN #
and name and signature of mechanic performing programming which states a manufacturer unique CUQ computer programmable code.
