I make these by hand and use commercial grade sign material which is 1/8 inch thick and very durable.  Can be used outside.    My specialty is making head look vintage and real creating real rust to make them look authentic.  Sign measures 36 inch wide about 24 inch depending on how it scales plus included a esso sign 36 inch wide by about 24 inch tall
