Baratza Preciso Conical Burr Espresso and Coffee Grinder

Up for sale is a pre-owned Baratza Preciso 40 mm Conical Burr Coffee & Espresso Grinder.  This is a great coffee grinder that is flexible enough to grind for a wide variety of coffee methods, including espresso.  This sets it apart from other similar models from Baratza like the Encore, the Virtuoso and the Virtuoso +.  Those models are not recommended for espresso, not because they can't grind fine enough (they can) but they lack the ability to adjust the grind enough to really dial in your grind for espresso.
The Precisio can grind and be dialed in for espresso because it has, besides its main grind adjustment ring, an additional Micro-Adjustment dial.  For each click on the main adjustment dial, you also have 11 additional adjustment positions with the Micro-Adjustment dial to really be able to adjust your grind, whether it is for espresso or other styles of coffee. I do espresso, Turkish coffee, pour over and French Press coffee with this grinder and everything comes out well.
Baratza used to sell this grinder for about 0.  It has been discontinued and replaced with the espresso-focused Sette line.  It is in my opinion a great grinder.  Certainly better than the Encore. Equal or better than the Virtuoso and Virtuoso Plus because of the Micro-Adjustment feature.  It has the same motor and burr-set as the Virtuoso and Virtuoso Plus, the current model, that goes for about 0 new.  This is your chance to get a fantastic grinder for a reasonable cost.
Although this item has been discontinued, Baratza as a company stands by its current and legacy products. They carry all of the parts and accessories that you can want for the Preciso.  If anything wears out you can buy replacement parts.  Baratza also offer repairs but they have a lot of instructions for you to do it yourself, even if you aren't so handy.
