For sale is this genuine Chevrolet Dealership sign with matching Bowtie sign. This dealer sign was removed from an original Chevrolet franchise dealer in Northern Indiana. This is a very rare piece of genuine Chevrolet/Detroit automobilia. How this sign managed to survive is very rare. GM/Chevrolet requires any and all commercial signage to be completely destroyed once removed from any dealership building during any re-branding exercise or new signage remodel. Whenever GM contracts with a sign manufacturing company to remove old signage and re-install new signage, GM requires the sign company to destroy all the old signage that is removed and then submit phots that proves that the old signage was in fact destroyed. GM will withhold payment to the sign manufacturing firm as ransom to ensure that the old signage is destroyed before payment is released.
Here is your chance to own this very cool piece of genuine Chevrolet automobilia that managed to survive for your man cave / toy box or hot rod garage. This sign is in very nice original condition and lights up very bright and uniform. This sign contains very nice wiring and brand new 12 volt LED drivers. Each letter is approximately 17” tall and the sign is about 15’ in overall length depending on how you space the letters. The Chevrolet Bowtie sign also has fresh wiring with a new LED driver. The Bowtie is approximately 18” tall by 54” across.
This Chevrolet Dealership and matching Bowtie sign is available for local pick-up to the winning bidder.  I can also facilitate shipping to the winner bidder if necessary.  If you will require me to ship this piece to you, the winning bidder must communicate with me directly (via ebay) at the conclusion of this auction to discuss and plan shipping arrangements.  If shipping is necessary, the wooden crates that these signs are mounted in can be additionally fully skinned in OSB sheathing so that the signs are 100% protected to facilitate and ensure safe shipping and transportation to the winning bidders destination.  Please notice that there are 4 individual wooden crates that comprises the "Chevrolet" channel letters as well as the one piece Bowtie sign.  Any and all shipping costs and additional crating fees will be the responsibility of the the winning bidder and shall be paid to the seller before the item is shipped.  For local pick-up, this sign is located in Southern Illinois (30 minutes south of Marion, IL) right off of Interstate 57 south.
