    We offer flat-rate, economy shipping with an expected 1-10 day delivery on most items. This most often includes 1-5 days handling. Some items may also be available for local pickup from the 75050 ZIP Code.
    Additional delivery days may apply in some instances. These may include oversized items, truck freight items, and delivery to remote areas. Weather conditions may also affect delivery times for your order.
    The buyer is responsible for the cost of non-warranty product returns.

    Returns
    Engines and Transmissions
    – High performance and remanufactured engines and transmissions are eligible for return within 14 days of your order date. Merchandise must be authorized for return prior to shipment. All merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited back to the buyer’s account within 14 business days of the completed inspection of the returned merchandise.
    This policy excludes custom-built engines and transmissions. It also excludes engines or transmissions that have had part changes/swaps that vary from the original build.
    The buyer is responsible for the cost of non-warranty product returns.
    Parts
    – You may return Surplus Auto Parts & Machinery parts within 60 days of your order date. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition and are subject to a restocking fee.
    We are not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

    Non-Returnable Parts
    – Factory special-order parts, racing parts, installed parts, painted parts, and custom-made parts cannot be returned for any reason. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only at the manufacturer's discretion.

    Warranties
    In most cases, parts are warranted by the manufacturer for 90 days from the date of purchase and unless otherwise specified.
    Engine and transmission warranties vary, depending on the product and build. Please contact us if you have questions about these warranties or the warranty terms.
    Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer's defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance.

    If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration please contact us, as some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer.
    We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the buyer.
