You can avoid unnecessary watering by turning off your system when raining. Using the Claber Rain Sensor, your system will shut down when the internal flow reaches a total level of 2 ounces. Programming will resume when the water is evaporated. To connect the rain sensor to the timer, follow the directions in the user manual. Included with the sensor is a stainless steel wall bracket. Install the sensor in a clear area up to 6 ft. from water timer without any type of vegetation coverage and away from sprinklers. It is important to keep the protective cover in place to keep out leaves or debris that could impair operation.

Note:
To connect the rain sensor to compatible Claber water timers just open the battery compartment of the timer and remove the rain sensor wiring bridge from rain sensor port and plug in the connector on the rain sensor wire end.
