The same applies for exchanges.  If you want to do an exchange, we just require you to ship the product back to us, and then we will ship you the new parts when we receive/inspect them. We Ship within the continental United States (48 States). We normally ship the same day if orders are received before 2PM Pacific Time, and if we dont it will be shipped first thing the next morning. All packages will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders will ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other Carriers. These varies are based on weight, Dimensions, and Destination.
International Shipping
For international shipping inquiries, you must go through the eBay Internation Re-Ship Program. eBay will charge you the international freight cost. We will then ship the product to eBays international facility in Kentucky and then they will ship the product to you.
Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided through eBay after your order has been shipped (Normally within 1 business day). If you do not receive your tracking number after this period, please contact us via eBay and we will get it for you.
