    Description

    Series 1990 bill in circulated condition.  This is from a private collector who once worked inside a money room/vault.  The Serial numbers are all shifted/offset to the top of the bill, and the bill is mis-cut on both the front and back as in the pictures.  Serial number B 74929596 D
