Originally bought from Clive Coffee in May 2019. In the past 3 years, I’ve used it for one 19g shot most mornings, and never had any problems. I’ve tested the entire range to go from clogging a Rocket Appartamento to acidic range and everything in between. It works and functions fantastically. The only issue it has is probably some external cosmetic imperfections, like scratches on the chrome. My dad accidentally threw away the original box and manual, but it will come with the portafilter holder, which is not pictured.
