Why are there no screws Included?

I bought two of these to install in my garage. My fault for assuming screws would be included. They were not! Most every product of this type that requires screws in order to be used comes with the screws. Not sure why this one didn't.
Nice but you can D.I.Y more cost effective

I had one of these that was given to me without the attachments. When I priced the attachments I decided to make my own system very similar to this product. It doesn’t have the capability to slide and move the attachments but what i did is more cost effective just to hang brooms and a mop and dust pan up in my shop. And it’s also been stained and looks nice. .00 in materials vs .00 for the track then .00 per attachment comes out a lot cheaper. Check pics below

I purchased two of these rail track storage systems for our garage. We've used them to hang up a couple of weed eaters, push broom and long pole trimmers. They have made our once messy garage much more organized and neat. I highly recommend these as they are so easy to install and use.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. (Restocking Fee May Apply). Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 60 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.
