The KISS Army was founded by Bill Starkey & Jay Evans in January of 1975 in Terre Haute, IN.  By 1976 the KISS Army logo was flying high on the KISS Destroyer stage & on the bedroom walls of countless numbers of KISS fans & aspiring rock musicians.
