Trapezoid shape.  Measurements: 8.5” tall, 11.25” wide (top), 10” wide (bottom)
Two pre-drilled holes for mounting.
New, old stock. Never used.
This one has spill-over blue on the back side. There is a very slight bow, about 1/4” when laid flat. Small porcelain flaw near right side mounting hole. All of these are visible in the images.
