Imperial Austria Handpainted PSL Empired Plate.
Please check pics carefully before buying. It’s a richly colored 6 1/4” diameter plate. Green Grapes with purple and green leaves. I’ve included a shot in high light to show the wear on the plate. There is a small chip on the back, not visible from the front.
