The panel will be 2" larger in each direction to ensure proper coverage.
(EXAMPLE: If your sunroof opening measures 32″ x 24″ the panel we provide will be 34″ x 26″)
If your car has an aftermarket sunroof installed, this may not fit. If you need a custom size made for your aftermarket sunroof please send us a message and we'd be happy to work it out with you!
Here is our much requested aluminum sunroof delete panel for the S14 240SX!  A permanent solution to the approximately 25 pound, and likely leaking and broken, OEM sunroof atop your car.  This panel is cut from 0.063″/1.5mm aluminum sheet, and comes with an even brushed finish.  Ready for paint matching, or leave it as-is.  Finished part weighs only 3 pounds 8 ounces including the rivets, taking over 20 pounds off of the cars highest point.  Panel is 1″ larger than the opening for the roof in the chassis’s body, and comes pre-drilled for all the fastening rivets.  Rivets are included as well, as is the proper sized drill bit so all you will need is a tube of RTV Silicone to seal it, and a riveter.
Please note, this product requires you to permanently “disfigure” your cars roof by drilling 26 holes into it.  While it is reversible if you do re-sell the car, the roof will be scarred from all the hole piercings and require body work.  Easy install, but we can not be held liable for any errors inflicted to your roof or car as a result from installation of this product.  By buying this you accept all risks and responsibilities associated.
*Note: The sunroof delete is not riveted to the car in the picture, it is just set in place. When it is properly installed it will sit flush and there will not be a gap!
