    Description

    I have a original "Texaco Oil Co" porcelain star that was used back in the 1950's as part of the outside decor on the front and sides of their stations. The points of the stars measure 16" to the tips and the support pieces on the inside (top and bottom) held the star straight and tight against the buildings making it strong. In later years "Texaco" went to plastic stars on all of their stations. There are some minor chips in the porcelain and no rust (see pictures) These "Texaco" stars are very sought after by collectors and difficult to locate so don't miss on this one.  Thanks for looking and good luck with your bid!
