    based on a screenplay by Ovidio G. Assonitis, James Cameron and Charles H. Eglee and starring Tricia O'Neal as Anne Kimbrough.  Plot summary: Piranhas nesting in a sunken ship are making life hazardous for people at a Caribbean resort.  Scuba instructor Anne Kimbrough discovers the fish have wings and can fly while investigating the death of one of her son's companions.
