    hi, first i know hardly knothing about stamps and altho i do aquire them i have to research like crazy to find what i have, i only found one similar to this one in a differant color and numbers dated 1930-1953,, this one is the only one period of any number or color on ebay and i finally found this on a very reputable website with a value of 0.00, after looking please send me any info on this and only if you are a "expert" in stamps, thank you.............
