The Delco climate controls made for the C5 Chevy Corvette contain 14 incandescent bulbs that have a lifetime of ~1000 hours. After 10+ years, the majority of these 14 bulbs fail and your backlighting becomes dim or non existent. We replace all 14 bulbs with
LED bulbs which have lifetimes of 10,000+ hours
. LEDs are much brighter and use less amperage (aren't nearly as hot as incandescent). Additionally, poor manufacturing of components on the board cause issues with the climate control display. We clean and replace all faulty components so that this will not happen again. We have repaired 1000s of these and use only the
best, most up to date components
and procedures. We stand behind our work with a lifetime guarantee against future bulb failure.

What happens when you buy this service
1. You send us your heater control module.
Fedex, UPS or USPS are fine, please pack carefully and please don't use signature confirmation.
We can send instructions on removing it, if needed.
2. The Display Module will be upgraded with all new white 14v LEDs for backlighting, and the power board will be repaired to address any display issues .
4. We will mail it back using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day and a tracking number (please let us know if you would like insurance or expedited shipping).
Please let me know if you would like additional insurance for the item, only basic insurance is covered by this transaction.

You must package your part so that it will not be damaged during shipping (bubble wrap is preferable over newspaper)
Any units that have previous repair work will attempt to be fixed. If they can not be repaired, we will contact you for options.
If you have a cracked lens, buttons, of display face, we can offer replacement parts at additional cost.
