The rarest of all the Error Notes a retained obstruction errornotes this is a very cool error with also I am pill with the air being on the face of the note just above Washington‘s head appears that it’s either a piece of cellophane or a piece of tape or something that had fallen on top of the note before the second face printing had occurred so this piece of debris has the actual printing on top of it if it were to fall off there would be a blank white spot where the Obstruction had blocked the printing ink from making it to the paper. Same error as the delMonte note that just sold for an eye popping 0,000.00 almost 0,000 here is your chance to get one for a lot less. This note really deserves a higher grade than it recieved!!! It appears to be a 45 to 50 grade. Look for yourself.
