Condition is pre-owned, used, no chips or cracks.
Creamer has some scratches on the gold on the spout, you have take a up close picture like I did to really see them.  Creamer also has a spot inside the creamer.
Sugar Bowl has a little loss of patina of the top round part of lid.
As you see, they still are lovely pieces.
