Very rare 1996 one hundred dollars Federal Reserve error note missing seal

ery rare Federal Reserve note of one hundred dollar bill Series 1996, the note is from Federal Reserve Bank of New York, legal tender has the number AB14089879W. Its missing the green seal that should be on right hand side over the number value of the bill which says " The department of the treasury 1789". The condition is very fine, only has a little crease in the middle.
