Vintage Illuminated Michelin Dealer sign 1970's

Description

This Vintage Michelin "X" Dealer sign hung in one of the first authorized Michelin dealers in the United States. Sign is 18 feet wide by 53 inches tall and weighs approx. 250 lbs. The sign portion is heavy plastic and is framed in an aluminum case. The front of the sign is hinged to gain access to the electronics that light up the sign. There are some minor surface scratches on the colored portion of the sign and there is a small crack (approx. 8 inches) in the right front face of the sign.
