Vintage Original EAST EDDINGTON GRANGE No. 301 Sign

Vintage RARE Original EAST EDDINGTON GRANGE No. 301 Sign. Condition is "Used". I recently bought quite a bit of signs from the 1940s and 50s . I am assuming this is the same era ? Possibly older ? Sign is on heavy board type Masonite. Paint is still very nice . .I cannot find any similar on Ebay or Google, so I am assuming it is a rare Sign ! Measures about 36”x 18” and weighs a little more than 3 lbs . Really nice piece of memorabilia! Please see pics for better details and feel free to ask questions. Thanks, Joe
