Being offered is this vintage hand blown Perthshire glass paperweight with twisted ribbon cane and millefiori florets with a concave top. It is in great condition with no chips or cracks and has little to no signs of wear. The weight measures 3"W x 2"H and has it's signature P cane on the outer ring.
