    Description

SafeGuard Wheelchair Tie Down, F11418A, Seat Belt Restraint / Tie Down, New, J2
Handicap Van restraint for wheelchairs. Retractor strap
Tie down to anchor wheelchairs in transit buses. It has a quick release like any seatbelt that makes a loop about 7 1/2 inches when stretched straight. When you press the button on the body it will either retract or extend. It retracts with spring tension. The knob on the side, when turned by hand, adds a bit of tension above what the spring pulls.
The shortest usable length is about 14 inches, the longest it extends is about 38 inches.
The twist lock anchor point can be removed to provide a simple bolt or eye anchor point.
Could be used for any number of securing uses but does not have a rating for weight.
Would work great in a van to secure pallet jacks, hand trucks, ladders, or anything with wheels.
While these are NEW, they have been in a stored in a large box, loose and have some scuffs, scratches and shelf wear.
Please do not order if you are unsure that its the proper part.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I will do the best I can to answer them.
We only sell items we actually have in stock, yep I took those pics myself and it is sitting here waiting to be shipped.
Feedback is critical for sellers, PLEASE leave positive feedback or contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Help eBay and other buyers know who to buy from. I leave feedback only after receiving it. Less than 30% of buyers leave feedback at all. Don't be a 70%er
A quick note on shipping, I usually ship things very quickly after payment during the week, weekend orders usually ship Monday. I like shipping with the post office usually, they seem to be the fastest and cheapest overall. I sometimes recycle old boxes and packing materials so long as they are in usable condition. It saves you and me money. I always use tracking numbers. ALWAYS
I ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY EBAY.  If you send me a note to ship to another, I will still ship to the address provided by EBAY or I will void the sale. If your address shows as invalid by EBAY, I will void the sale and contact you so you know why.
I do the best I can to ship items as quickly as possible, sometimes upgrading the shipping at my own expense. Poor information will cause delays all around. I also do this to prevent fraud. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING AND CAN ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT!
